H.D.S.U. is seeking partners and investors to launch HornDog gear nationally. The information below is a synopsis of who we are and what we do. HornDog gear LLC has comedy scripts available for HornDog gear / spring breakers. They focus on the extreme things that parents do to save for their kids college, while the kids go to spring break and have threesomes, while the father is still dreaming about it.
HornDog State University (HDSU), was created by Russell Crowder in 1999. His idea was to create a fictitious cyberspace university where college students could spend their time chatting with other students and purchasing items at discounted prices. Russell teamed with a Sacramento based Internet company to promote t-shirts online.
The popularity of the name alone has driven the focus to create a college clothing line that will be recognized by college students though out the country. In March 2003, HornDog State University launched a full line of T-shirts, hats, swimwear, shorts, sweat pants, undergarments, golf wear and sleepwear. The line of clothing is called HornDog Gear.
HDSU / HornDog Gear has already been on MTV’s Undressed Show and is currently partnering with National Lampoon airing commercials and special spots on NL’s private college network that reaches 3.5 to 4 million-college students. They are also promoted spring break “2003”with the largest nightclub in the country in Panama City Beach, Florida “Our short term goal is to create an awareness of our clothing line to the 18-24 year old age group. We feel the best way to do that is to partner with organizations that can reach our target market very effectively” The name alone has already attracted discussions of a possible television show or movie.
HDSU’s long - term goal is to launch a franchise of Bar and Grill/Night clubs with in five years. Their focus will be major metropolitan campuses across the country with their first club to open in Cleveland, Ohio. We believe HDSU will become associated with colleges campuses across the country as one of the premier places for college students to gather. White and blue-collar workers will have a place to come in and enjoy a very affordable lunch and at night the restaurant will become a nightclub for the college students.
